ACCA Promotes Renewal of Important Tax Credits, Opposes Costly Regulations
ACCA has urged Congress to extend the 25C and 45L energy efficiency tax credits for homeowners and property developers/new construction respectively. These important incentives, which help drive business for contractors, lapsed at the end of 2021 and Congress is actively negotiating their renewal.

Supreme Court Blocks OSHA Vaccine Mandate for Employers
The Supreme Court struck down President Biden’s vaccine or test mandate for employers with 100+ employees in a 6-3 ruling. The mandate required that workers at businesses with 100 or more employees must get vaccinated or submit a negative COVID-19 test weekly to enter the workplace.
