Join the Celebration at ACCA 2022

Posted on:

ACCA Corporate Partner, Emerson, has a lot to celebrate at this year’s ACCA Annual Conference & Expo, March 28-30 in St. Louis, MO.

On March 29, Emerson will be hosting a celebration commemorating 100 years of their Copelandä brand’s industry leadership and honoring their 10-year partnership with ACCA. Featuring delicious hors d’oeuvres, libations, good music, dancing, and great friends, the Emerson Celebration is a must-attend event.

The Copeland brand emerged when inventor Edmund Copeland started a U.S. manufacturing business for refrigeration compressors. In 1986, Emerson acquired Copeland and made significant investments in the development of its flagship scroll technology. The first scroll compressor was introduced under the Copeland brand in 1987, ultimately revolutionizing the air conditioning and refrigeration industries worldwide with the family of compressors known for highly efficient, reliable performance.

Over the last 10 years, Emerson has been actively involved in ACCA events by participating in manufacturer leadership forums and sponsoring networking opportunities. Emerson recently participated in ACCA’s 2021 Fall Meetings, held November 1-3 in New Orleans, LA. ACCA’s 2021 Fall Meetings was their first in-person event since the ACCA 2019 Fall Meetings, which were held in Dayton, OH. At ACCA’s 2019 Fall Meetings, event attendees had the opportunity to tour the Emerson Helix Innovation Center, a 40,000-square-foot facility focused on providing a collaborative environment for researchers, academia, and industry professionals to develop solutions to industry challenges.

Emerson will also be exhibiting at this year’s Expo, March 29 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Make sure that you stop by booth 243 to get your ticket to the celebration, which starts after the Expo!
