Hopefully, everyone is really busy this time of the year. Still, even so, I would like to recommend you take time today to register for ACCA’s great upcoming two-day event this fall designed to help you and your key employees rise to the Next Level!
ACCA’s Next Level event is scheduled for October 16 and 17 in Indianapolis, IN, and it is designed to provide something for current and future leaders in your organization. Formerly ACCA Fall Meetings, which have been so popular with our members, Next Level has a similar format as the former event – but with a fresh new twist!
This year we will feature Recruiting and Training, Team Leadership, and Strategy and Succession. The sessions are laser-focused for business owners, service managers, and other team leaders within the industry who want to take their businesses and careers to the Next Level:
Strategy and Succession, which will cover career options for existing and future owners.
Our Strategy and Succession track will provide the foundational support you need to take the next big leap in your career. Whether you want to take the next steps to a more profitable business, sell to private equity, or navigate your exit strategy, this track is for you.
Recruiting and Training, covering hiring and training. . With
Building a great team is the key to every successful business. Our Recruiting and Training track will give you the skills to tackle big questions in the hiring process, such as talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture, and more. This track will also focus on the importance of training in the industry to take your team to the next level.
Team Leadership, which will cover day-to-day functions, management, handling difficult people, and supporting your people.
Our Team Leadership track focuses on team dynamics, management, and personal growth. Service managers are tasked to support the teams they lead, but do they have the baseline skillset to work from? This track is for you if you’re tired of working with difficult employees or coworkers, want to learn how to better manage your teams and put your day-to-day functions on a path of success.
Can’t choose just one? Mix and match session tracks to build your ideal schedule!
We are also seeking ACCA members to share their leadership stories at Next Level. What practices define you as a leader? Who inspired you along the way? And what topics will take you and your team to the Next Level?
We’ve heard you loud and clear – ACCA has completely reimagined the Fall Meetings to focus more on what contractors want to learn from their peers. We think you have a story to tell, and we can’t wait for you to share it!
The Call for Presenters is now open for Next Level and ACCA 2024! We can help you develop a complete session, find co-presenters if you like, and if you would rather someone else present instead of you, that’s okay, too!
