Jackson Systems Receives 2011 Indiana Innovation Award
Jackson Systems received 2011 Indiana Innovation Award for the WCZ-600 Wireless Comfort Zoning Panel. Founded in 2011 by the Greater Indy Innovation Roundtable, the Indiana Innovation Awards annually honor the state’s most innovative new products and services.
The WCZ-600 Wireless Comfort zone control system is a six zone, two-position, forced air zone control panel offering the latest in wireless thermostat and wireless damper technology to reduce energy costs. The WCZ-600 allows consumers ease of installation and the ability to specify heating and cooling levels for specific zones.
NATE Unveils New Natex.org Website
NATE has redesigned its industry website, www.natex.org, to offer visitors an enhanced experience with easier access to information about certification, valuable tools and industry resources. The new user-friendly design helps visitors quickly find the information they need as the navigation and tools are clearly organized by audience, including technicians, contractors, testing organizations, training organizations, proctors, and other NATE partners.
In order to keep all industry partners in the loop on the latest developments and updates from NATE, the site will be continuously updated with news, upcoming events and e-newsletters.
Emerson Climate Technologies Launches Mobile Apps
Emerson Climate Technologies is staying out in front of the competition by launching mobile apps for the iPhone, Android devices, and Blackberry devices. To date they have six apps available for free download.
The most recently launch app is the HVACR Fault Finder app. This app provides on-site compressor troubleshooting for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, allowing contractors to easily access product specifications for Copeland brand compressors containing electronics.
The other apps that Emerson has available are: WRMobile, Emerson PTPro, Emerson X-Check, Emerson e-Saver™, and Copeland X-Ref™.
