Maintenance is key. Commercial contractors know that maintaining a building’s heating and cooling system is critical to longevity and optimal performance. However, it’s a tough business when many building owners who are looking to lower costs are cutting maintenance. However, many commercial contractors are thriving and shared their secrets with IE3. Give in to it! Measuring airflow is often ignored or overlooked, but it’s something you really must do if you want a home to perform properly. Bill Spohn shares some tips for testing airflow on every job. Read it.

Don’t be seen as a scammer! You know that you are there to help, but unfortunately, not everyone is. In fact, sometimes customers stop trusting service providers, because they have fallen victim to a scam in the past.
