Josh Bigelow was 28 when he founded Great Dane Heating Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical in 1999. By then, he’d already worked as a demand service technician and learned the installation, sales, design, and management sides of the business. He started the company with one idea in mind: “putting the customer back in customer service.” That idea drove the tagline he still runs with, “Experience the Service You Deserve.”
