The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) announced that ITR Economist, Connor Lokar, will speak at the 2018 ACCA Annual Conference at the Gaylord National Harbor in Washington, D.C. on February 13.
Connor is a Program Economist at ITR Economics and provides economic consulting services for trade associations and Fortune 500 companies. His presentation at the ACCA Conference will focus on the future of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry, and he will provide invaluable insight contractors can use to implement new business planning strategies.
“I look forward to joining many of the nation’s premier contractors at the ACCA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C,” said Lokar. “It is an incredibly exciting time to be working in the HVAC industry because of the rapid changes that we are witnessing, especially as multinational Internet companies are competing for space in this industry. Contractors should walk away from my presentation excited by what the future has in store for them!”
Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA President and CEO said, “Connor’s deep industry knowledge and foresight are going to keep contractors heavily engaged and thinking about how to adapt to trends that the industry is undergoing. I have heard Connor speak at several industry events, and I am fascinated every single time. Contractors won’t want to miss this event.”
