New Building Performance Forum Sparks Ideas For Contractors
Posted on:
The brand new Building Performance Forum took place October 9 & 10 in Austin, TX. It was presented by ACCA and the NEWS.
The new event was geared towards contractors who are already in or are looking into getting into the building performance market. This day and a half event featured some of the top building performance contractors and professionals in the country and representatives from the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Here is what contractors had to say about this event:
“The new Building Performance Forum was a great event. It brought together so many contractors that were willing to ask questions and pick my brain for ideas. The networking was awesome and I’m really looking forward to doing it again next year.” Rob Minnick, president of Minnick’s, Inc. in Laurel, MD.
“I really liked the way the event was structured with tracks for beginners and more experienced contractors. The presenters were so willing to share the good and the bad stories about their experience and it gave a lot of reassurance that contractors can succeed. It was great to see how to get down the road to be successful.” Keith Paton, vice president of service, Ivey Mechanical in Kosciusko, MS.
