Go Local. It’s not secret that social media is the place you need and want to be if you want to grow your presence as the expert in your market area. But have you heard about private, local social networking sites? These are also great tools for reaching customers to show them you’re the expert. IE3 has some tips for making these work for you. Maybe we need to change our ways. Sure you know what we’re talking about and you are trying to do what is best for your customer. However, sometimes in your excitement and love of what you do, you fail to get total understanding from the customer. This unfortunately can lead to call backs, frustrated customers, and wasted time and money. Here are some tips to help you not fall into this trap. Read it.
