HVACR Association of Louisiana Becomes ACCA’s 21st Allied Contracting Organization

In February, the HVACR Association of Louisiana became the 21st Allied Contracting Organization (ACO) to affiliate with ACCA. With the addition of Louisiana, ACCA’s Allied Contracting Organizations now serve 27 states and the District of Columbia.
Founded as the Louisiana Heat Pump Association in 1987, the HVACR Association of Louisiana is a statewide consortium of HVACR contractors and organizations that work within the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Industry. Its five chapters across the state include HVACR contractor members governed by a Code of Ethics that requires members to adhere to the highest quality of work and best practices in the HVACR industry.
The timing of this agreement couldn’t be better. With the ACCA 2023 Conference & Expo coming to New Orleans on April 2-5, HVACR Association of Louisiana Members will enjoy access to world-class business training and networking in their backyard at discounted member rates.
“We are pleased to welcome the HVACR Association of Louisiana as our twenty-first ACO,” said Barton James, ACCA president and CEO. “We know contractors’ voices are stronger when ACCA combines our efforts with state and local organizations. We believe this new relationship will help contractors in Louisiana be better represented on all levels.”
