How to Honor Veterans with HVACR Career Opportunities

Posted on:

Solve Your Labor Shortage and Transform Your Labor Force

One of the biggest challenges currently facing businesses like yours in the HVACR industry is finding and retaining quality employees due to the skilled nature of the work and the growing demand for technicians. The ongoing shortage of qualified workers makes it difficult for your company to find and retain the best employees. The ACCA 2023 Conference & Expo, March 2-5 at the New Orleans, Marriott, in New Orleans, LA, seeks to examine and suggest solutions to these ongoing issues.

Join Anthony Maynor and Bill Timberlake on April 4th as they discuss a highly successful new program that provides a solution to the ongoing labor shortage: training veterans for HVACR careers.

Our nation’s veterans sacrifice their youth for this country. When they are ready to enter the civilian workforce, they are often vulnerable to joblessness and homelessness. The “Honor Veteran’s with Career Opportunities” session highlights this exciting new program that:

  • Trains veterans for HVACR careers.
  • Attracts highly qualified individuals who are motivated to work.
  • Solves a pain point for contractors.
  • Respects the training many already received by allowing them to apply those skills in a new career.
