Coscia Earns CSP Designation

ACCA is proud to announce that Steve Coscia has earned the Certified Speaking Professional® (CSP) designation which is conferred by the National Speakers Association. The CSP designation is the speaking profession’s international measure of public speaking excellence.
Many ACCA members attend Coscia’s speeches and have enjoyed his lively story-telling ability and insightful instruction.
“ACCA conferences have featured Steve Coscia for many years because our members gain value from his relevant content and lively delivery,” says Kevin Holland, Senior Vice President for Business Operations & Membership. “ACCA is glad to be part of Coscia’s success in achieving the CSP designation.”
Established in 1980, by the National Speakers Association, the CSP is earned by fewer than 10 percent of professional speakers.
In addition to speaking, Coscia wrote the HVAC Customer Service Handbook, which is taught at more than 100 colleges and trade schools worldwide. ACCA members who attend this year’s Servicer Managers Forum in Charlotte will get to see and hear Coscia’s live.
