ACCA’s Popular Contractor Forum Goes Live at ACCA 2023

Evolution in Employee Hiring and Retention Highlighted at ACCA 2023

Finding and retaining quality employees in the HVACR industry can be particularly challenging due to the skilled nature of the work and the growing demand for technicians. The ongoing shortage of qualified workers can make it difficult for companies to find and retain the best employees. As experienced technicians leave for better pay or opportunities elsewhere, high turnover and low unemployment rates demand that business owners evolve in their hiring and retention practices.

The ACCA 2023 Conference & Expo held April 2-5 in New Orleans, LA, offers sessions aimed at helping you to discover new methods to attract and keep the best employees, one of which is the ever-popular Contractor Forum Live.

Contractor Forum Live: Find and Keep Great People

Presented by Dr. Stephen Pape, Ed.D, MBA, Pape Service Co.

Virtual becomes reality! One of the best features of ACCA membership is networking with top contractors, which is facilitated by ACCA’s industry-leading online forums. Join us for a lively discussion on the issues contractors face, the questions they ask, the solutions they suggest, and the ideas that have proven successful.
