Recently, ACCA president & CEO Bart James wrote leaders in the House and Senate urging them to reject the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, H.R. 20 and S. 567. This bill would radically rewrite federal labor laws and restrict employers’ rights. Click here to read more about this bill and ACCA’s fight against it.
