Hey Ed, what’s the thing in the plastic packaging that comes with the installation instructions? Oh, that's got a lotta different names, we use to refer to them as "kneepads". At one point, I’m old enough to go back to when we purchased furnaces that were not self-lighting, they didn’t have electronic ignition or hot surface. We use to light pilots. We used to take the installation instructions, is what you're referring to there about those "things in the plastic package" and we would light the end of them on fire and shove it into the furnace to get the pilot. I make fun of installation instructions but I can’t emphasize the importance of actually reading the manual and following the guidance and that's the way I see it!
