Level up your leadership skills in the HVACR industry by following one of our three event tracks: Recruiting and Training, Team Leadership, or Strategy and Succession. Can’t choose just one? Mix and match session tracks to build your ideal schedule. Our Team Leadership track focuses on team dynamics, management, and personal growth. Service managers are tasked to support the teams they lead, but do they have the baseline skillset to work from? This track is for you if you’re tired of working with difficult employees or coworkers, want to learn how to better manage your teams, and put your day-to-day functions on a path to success.

Our Strategy and Succession track will provide you with the foundational support you need to take the next big leap in your career. Whether you want to take the next steps to a more profitable business, sell to private equity, or navigate your exit strategy, this track is for you.
