Hey Ed, Jesus Wants to Learn How to Properly Use His Manual J
In this edition of "Hey Ed," Ed talks about property using Manual J.
Hey Ed, Jesus asks, "I want to learn how to properly use my manual J. Looking for some guidance please." There are several paths that you can take to get better with using the physical manual of manual J. The first one’s always gonna be to read it, but let’s face it, generally it’s not an exciting thing to read on your own. So we have a couple of different offerings that you might be interested in. We have virtual training where you can watch something that’s reported. We have training that is live streamed, which is one of my favorites to recommend to people. But if you’re really interested in it, we have live training that is available in person. We have classes that are known as J in a day, as well as the big class or the RDQI, which stands for residential design for quality installation, where we go through more than just manual J, we go through the design series. I find that all of them in one way or another can help people, but if I’m gonna steer somebody, I’m always gonna point towards some kind of an in person training. And that’s the way I see it.
