Hey Ed, are there ways to judge the performance of a system and prove these results to a consumer? Absolutely. If you’re not familiar with the QA and QI certificates available from ACCA, it’s something you should look into. It will aid you in a path to measure that system’s performance, and with that you can compare yourself to other companies in your area, and you can prove to that customer that the system that they are paying you to install is better than the other guy. And that’s the way I see it.
