ACCA Premium Strategic Partner Carrier has finalized its 2025 ductless HVAC portfolio using Puron Advance™ R-454B refrigerant, and all products are available to order now. During Carrier’s recent webinar, “Carrier Ductless Solutions: 2025 Product Highlights,” Min Yoo Kim, Ductless Product Manager, walked through the updated lineup, including expanded Infinity tier options and streamlined Performance tier SKUs.

Key highlights
- Carrier expanded its Infinity tier to include single-zone, light commercial, and multi-zone units with maximum heating performance down to -22°F.
- The Performance tier was optimized to reduce SKU counts while maintaining all previously offered capacities across all indoor unit types.
- Multi-zone systems now support up to six indoor units on a single outdoor unit, with outdoor capacities from 18,000 to 60,000 BTU.
Expanded Infinity tier options
Min Yoo emphasized that Carrier significantly expanded the Infinity tier from its previous Puron lineup, which only offered one-to-one single-zone systems. The 2025 portfolio now includes:
- Single-zone configurations
- Light commercial systems
- Multi-zone systems
All Infinity tier products deliver maximum heating performance down to -22°F. A one-to-one Infinity tier single-zone system, featuring the 45MPHA high wall unit paired with the 37MPHA heat pump, comes with a factory-installed Wi-Fi dongle.
Streamlined Performance tier
The Performance tier maintains the full range of indoor unit types while optimizing SKU counts. Min Yoo explained that Carrier captured all previously offered capacities but reduced redundant model numbers, making the lineup easier to navigate. The tier includes high walls, four-way and one-way cassettes, consoles, slim ducts, and multi-positional air handlers.
Multi-zone system capabilities
Carrier’s multi-zone systems allow contractors to connect up to six indoor units to a single outdoor unit, with outdoor capacities from 18,000 to 60,000 BTU. Min Yoo clarified that these are heat pump systems operating in either heating or cooling mode — not simultaneous heating and cooling — with the outdoor unit responding to whichever indoor unit calls for operation.
Controls and compatibility
For system integration, Min Yoo noted the new R-454B compatible Gen 3 and mini 24V interfaces are now available, offering an upgrade from previous Gen 2 models. All indoor units, except the entry-level Comfort tier, have high walls that include leakage detection sensors, which Min Yoo explained function as premium safety features rather than regulatory requirements for units with lower refrigerant charges.
Min Yoo encouraged contractors with questions about the new lineup to contact their Carrier sales representatives or reach out directly to her at MinYoo.Kim@carrier.com.
