Join ACCA and Carrier for a free webinar on June 8, 2023, covering all the service tools and software to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose Carrier 2pipe VRF, Toshiba Carrier 3 Pipe VRF, and Carrier Ductless equipment. This presentation will overview the installation, configuration, and use of all three platforms. There will be a review of the Service Technical Tool (STT) used for start-up and service on all Carrier 2pipe Equipment, including 3ph and 1ph systems. It will be shown how to connect and what to expect when utilizing the software, and some key data points to look for when servicing or starting this equipment. Learn about Dyna Dr. used exclusively on the Toshiba Carrier products, which includes all 3ph and 1ph VRF equipment. Then there will be a review of the connector and connector types features of the tool and everything you would need to know to get started. Finally, the many functions and uses of the handheld Ductless Debugging tool will be covered, including modes, configuration set-up, and component simulation.

Presenting from Carrier will be Julian Donahue, VRF/DLS National Service Manager, Michael Leyrer, Product &Technical Service Manager, and Michal Schuster, Southwest Technical Service Manager. The Carrier DLS and VRF Technical Service Manager role is primarily responsible for the technical support of new and existing products and systems related to the installation, startup, troubleshooting, and service aspects of DLS and VRF products. This role is established to support the distributor support team that interfaces with local dealers and contractors. Each TSM has a dedicated distributor support territory or region. In addition to technical support, the TSM role may include technical training for their region’s distributors as needed.
