Posted on:

ACCA’s Service Managers Forum, taking place September 14-15 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD, offers the perfect opportunity for leaders to learn and build better teams. During the forum, attendees will witness how internal systems, hiring practices, team coaching, implementing technology, and offering the right incentives improve service excellence, productivity, and morale, and leads to success.

Keynote speaker Bryan Dodge, Dodge Development, Inc., opens the forum with Taking Ownership of Leadership. Dodge’s session is all about leadership characteristics and how to implement them into your daily life. Learn the six laws of leadership and experience the growth formula that will enhance personal outcomes and allow positive growth to last.

During the Build the Ideal Service Manager Panel, leaders from Classic Air’s One Hour Air Conditioning and LCS Heating and Cooling help you to create a checklist of the qualities the position requires, and those that you want to avoid when hiring a new service manager.

At Improving Productivity and Profits with Connected Diagnostic Tools, Bill Spohn of TruTech Tools shows you how to lower your overhead and increase profits by using the latest diagnostic tool innovations to your advantage.

The Biological Basis for Complacency with Sharon Lipinsky of Habit Mastery Consulting, you’ll learn about cutting-edge neuroscience research. This session is a deep dive into how the brain functions—and how you can use this info to more effectively prevent complacency from posing a risk to your business.

These are just a few of the exciting sessions happening at the Service Managers Forum. To learn more and to register for ACCA’s 2022 Fall Meetings, click here.
