Prior to joining Fortiva Retail Credit, Fredricks spent 22 years at various National HVAC and Home Improvement Companies such as Sears, ARS, Culligan, Empire Today and Protection One in varying senior leadership roles, 15 years specific to the HVAC Industry. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Fortiva, he is responsible for developing the growth strategy, leading the Business Development field teams, and driving volume growth across all verticals and product categories. Fredricks attended the Penn State University for Mechanical Engineering and has a BSBA from UOP.
