Dave Schmidt is the Operations Manager of Frederick Air Inc., the 2014 Bryant National Dealer of the Year. He grew up in the HVAC world, working in the family business since he was old enough to alphabetize tickets. He left to serve as a United States Marine, including a tour in Iraq. He worked his way up as a HVAC helper, Aeroseal technician, Home Performance Auditor, and eventually branched out to do business consulting and duct sealing technical/business training. He returned to Frederick Air Inc., and with his father Steve Schmidt, Vice-Chair of ACCA, has seen record growth and success in their market.
