Hey Ed, What Should I Do When My Customers Complain That Their System Runs a Lot?
In this edition of "Hey Ed," Ed talks about customers complaining about their system running too much.
Hey Ed, what should I do when my customers complain that their system runs a lot? - Well, my first instinct when somebody says their system runs a lot is I hug them. One of the things that people don’t seem to understand and when I use the term people, I’m talking about my compadres from our industry. And what people miss out on the opportunity to do far too often is to talk to the homeowner and manage their expectations. When it’s really hot out or when it’s really cold out, that system should run a lot because it’s supposed to. And if you have the ability to let them know it, make them feel good about that system is running a lot. Don’t allow it to be a negative. And that’s the way I see it.
