How can improving diagnostic skills lead to identifying additional necessary repairs or maintenance thereby increasing service ticket value? Well the key player in that is being able to diagnose the entire system, getting down to what caused that initial fault because no one wants to keep going back out to someone’s house 20 or 30 times replacing parts or making guesses at that. So once you’re able to get down to the root cause of whatever the failure is you can then present your customers with a series of options that can get the system up and running and also prevent the issue from coming back or enhancing the system via indoor air quality.
