Leading with Influence at ACCA 2024

ACCA 2024 took place March 11-14 in Orlando, Florida, at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. Keynote speaker Jake Havron kicked off the event with his dynamic session, “Leading with Influence,” sponsored by Rheem and Ruud. Introduced by Cody Novini, ACCA events committee member, and Ryan Kletz, co-chair of the events committee, Jake shared his transformative journey from nurse to acclaimed speaker and strategist, empowering people to create their dream lives through results-driven coaching.
Jake challenged attendees’ notions of leadership with his 4 Pillars of Influence: motivators, decision methods, body language, and complete congruence. The session offered the keys to impactful leadership, sharing the skills needed to lead with influence, innovate, and inspire positive change within an organization.
Jake followed up his mainstage session with an intimate breakout session, “Expand Your Leading with Influence: Q&A Live Consulting Experience.” Attendees of this session were able to ask questions relating to an issue in their business and received additional personal insight and guidance from Jake, along with action items to take home and implement immediately.
