ACCA Board of Directors Senior Vice Chair to Speak at ASHRAE Event

Stephen Pape, Ed.D, MBA, ACCA Board of Directors senior vice chair and Associate Dean Construction Science Division at Dallas College in Dallas, TX, will be presenting at the Central Pennsylvania ASHRAE May Technical Meeting, May 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM EST.
Pape plans to discuss workforce development, focusing on the efforts several entities that he has been involved with have made to improve the HVACR workforce issue in Texas. Pape will also be discussing ACCA’s efforts to grow, support, and represent the HVACR workforce across the country.
As a second-generation HVACR contractor from DeSoto, TX, Pape is dedicated to helping to train the next generation of HVACR professionals. He has developed and taught HVACR and business-related courses for the state and local contracting associations, as well as Carrier North Texas, JADE Learning, and both continuing education and credit courses for Texas State Technical College, Dallas County Community College District, and Hill College.
