ACCA Member Welcomes New President

ACCA member and the oldest HVAC and plumbing company in San Antonio, TX, Shafer Services Plus, welcomes a new president, Alison Lange.
Formerly Shafer’s marketing leader and more recently their interim residential HVAC manager, Lange’s new role places her among the few women to hold leadership positions in a predominantly male home services industry.
“I am honored to lead a San Antonio legacy organization into its next generation,” said Lange. “Skilled trades are vital to the success of our community and Shafer has a long history of cultivating some of the best tradespeople in our area.
