ACCA member Thermal Concepts, Inc. has been serving commercial and industrial properties in South Florida since 1983. As one of the largest HVAC contractors in the southeastern United States, Thermal Concepts self-performs all of their work, with a full-time staff of project managers, superintendents, cost estimators, BIM designers, and more. With almost 40 years in the business, Thermal Concepts has had to adapt to changing surroundings, like an increase of high-rises in their home state.
With no mobile service crane available for retrofitting these buildings and no way to close roads or obtain permits, Thermal Concepts uses an air crane service to retrofit their South Florida clients.
In this video, follow Thermal Concepts as they use an air crane to successfully start and finish a project at The Yacht Club at Brickell, a high-rise apartment complex in Miami, FL.
