National Hispanic Heritage Month runs from September 15 to October 15, which means now is the perfect time to explore ways to include and advance the Latino/a/x community. A major route to take when working to include this community is through empowering and welcoming Latino/a/x professionals into your industry. As the HVACR industry continues to grapple with securing the next generation of workers, learning how to attract, support, advance, and celebrate Latino/a/x professionals is extremely important.
