Mitsubishi Electric US Cooling & Heating Division Creates Application Support and Development Group

Mitsubishi Electric US Cooling & Heating Division, a top selling brand of ductless cooling and heating systems, has formed a new support department, the Application Support and Development Group. The new group serves as product and sales support for both the residential and commercial markets, including the field sales team, manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, engineers, contractors and end users.

Leading this new group is Gary Nettinger, who rejoins Mitsubishi Electric as director of application support and development, responsible for managing the operations and productivity of the group. He has more than 25 years of HVAC service and training experience, having started his career in the industry as the national service manager at Mitsubishi Electric. Prior to his new role, Nettinger served as the vice president of the technical solutions group at Panasonic Corporation of North America, Newark, N.J., and the director of national service and training at Daikin AC, New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from Capella University, Minneapolis.

Joe Vaughan, Al Blyler, Jim Jordan and Travis Byrd have been appointed as the group’s application support manager, senior supervisor and application specialists, respectively.

Under the supervision of Nettinger, this team is responsible for:
